A successful event starts with a professional guest management, which comprises much more than just registering your participants: An ideal and comprehensive guest management begins with the first impression you guests get from your event and which forms their opinion on whether to take part or not, with the invitation. 

We will attend to your guests from the very beginning, sending out customized invitations, organizing acceptances and following-up open feedbacks. On a microsite or on a special event homepage, your guests can log in and enroll for the event; they can indicate the details of their arrival/departure or further preferences. A confirmation and further information on the event can be sent automatically to each participant.

All travel information can be processed directly and can be used for a detailed organization of your guests stay, involving the transfer company as well as the hotel or the event location.

Upon request, we will gladly take care of the on-site accreditation as well as of the local support.
