Spending a relaxed weekend with Yoga

Do you sometimes feel really tired and exhausted? Do you think you might be in need of an energy kick? In times where many people feel overstrained and tired, relaxation and recovery are more important than ever. Treat yourself and take part in a Yoga weekend trip where you will calm down, find new energy and bring your body and soul in line again. Where would this be better than in a nice 4 star hotel, surrounded by fields and forests which invite to great walks and hikes and make you forget the stress of daily life? Day 1: Friday – Arrival
After arrival in your hotel, you check into your room and get comfortable with the hotel and its surroundings. During a first yoga lesson you will divert the negative energy of the week from your body and soul and start into a meditative, relaxing weekend during which you will calm down and gather new strengths. Enjoy a light, vegetarian dinner in the evening.

Day 2: Saturday
Before breakfast you will already go outside into nature. You might be lucky and experience an amazing sunrise. Reply with a sun greeting (Yoga position) and gather new energy through further yoga exercises out in the open air. Afterwards a rich and healthy breakfast awaits you. With new energy and in a good mood you will do a hiking tour afterwards and enjoy nature. Breathe fresh air and listen to the sounds of the forest. Concentrate yourself on the bird twittering, the cracking of the wood and the rustling of the wind in the trees. In the afternoon you return to your hotel relaxed. After a refreshing green smoothie you can spend the afternoon at your free disposal. Why don’t you enjoy a treatment in the Spa area like a relaxing massage or a cleansing face treatment? Another possibility would be to go for a swim in the hotel pool. In the evening look forward to a light, vegetarian dinner with soup, vegetable dishes and fruit. After this a healthy deep sleep should not be a problem for you.

Day 3: Sunday
Today you may sleep in. Well recovered you enjoy a rich breakfast with fresh juices, fruits and other healthy products. Adjacent you do a small bike tour into the surrounding. Cycle through grasslands and forests and enjoy the smooth wind blowing around your nose. Have a break wherever you like and enjoy another yoga lesson in nature. Let go and release tension before cycling back to the hotel. After returning your bike you will receive another drink as a refreshment. Full of fresh positive energy you will return home. From now on you will master daily life easily.
